Ben Prusinski is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle ACE Director, and database architect with more than 14 years of experience with Oracle data warehouse and Oracle E-Business applications. As a corporate database consultant, he has provided services to dozens of Fortune-500 clients. Ben is an internationally recognized expert in Oracle high availability, database replication, database migrations, performance tuning, database security, and ERP implementations. He is also a popular speaker at major conferences such as Oracle OpenWorld, IOUG, and Oracle Collaborate. Gustavo Gonzalez, Oracle ACE, is Global IT Director at IT Convergence in Argentina. He directed the global implementations of Oracle HRMS, Oracle Telesales, and Oracle Service. Gustavo served as project manager of his company's Oracle R12.2 beta program, working with Oracle Development to test an upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2. He was also the program manager of the Oracle Fusion Applications implementation for IT Convergence, the first company in Latin America to implement the new Oracle software.
